Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TailPursual, including this website, and shop you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, the Purchase & Refund Policy and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of them, you must not use the service.

Your account

You need a confirmed e-mail address to create a player. A player holds your Coins and Pass and is the one that plays each run.

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything done with your account.

Fair play

You agree not to:

• use cheats, bots, scripts, automation or modified clients;
• tamper with the game, its requests or its timing;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems;
• abuse bugs or unintended mechanics.

Every run is checked by our server. A run that does not match what the game allows is not counted, and we may remove leaderboard entries or restrict accounts that break these rules.

Shards, Coins and Pass

Shards are earned by playing, are capped per day and can only be spent on skins and skills in TailPursual. They cannot be bought, sold or exchanged and have no monetary value.

Coins and Pass are the TailPursual names for the coin balance and the pass of your account.

Coins and Pass are sold in the TailPursual shop. Each purchase is governed by the purchase documents you accept at checkout — the Terms of Service, Purchase & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy of the account service — and by the terms of the payment provider named at checkout, which sells the purchase as merchant of record.

In TailPursual, Coins can be spent on revives, level skips, pace and throttle control, and a Pursual Pass lets you call stall keepers from anywhere in the arena.

Coins are never earned by playing. Spending them in TailPursual is final. Virtual items have no real-world value, are not legal tender and do not represent ownership.

We may change, rebalance or remove game features, items and prices at any time.

Payments

Purchases in the Pursual Shop are sold by Tebex Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 08129184, our authorised reseller and the merchant of record. Your contract of sale is with Tebex Limited and is governed by its checkout terms (https://checkout.tebex.io/terms), which are governed by English law; Tebex's company details are at https://checkout.tebex.io/impressum. You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. Prices are shown in euro and include VAT where applicable. Purchases are delivered after Tebex confirms the payment, as described in the Purchase & Refund Policy.

Fraudulent transactions, payment disputes, chargebacks or unauthorized payments may result in suspension or permanent termination of the associated account.

Availability

TailPursual is provided “as is” and “as available”. It may be paused for maintenance, changed or switched off at any time.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or for behaviour that harms other players or the service.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. A purchase is governed by the terms you accepted when you made it.
