Who we are

TailPursual is run by the TailPursual team. Your account is stored once, in the TailPursual account system. You can reach us at support@tailpursual.com.

What we collect

• your e-mail address and a protected (hashed) form of your password;
• your player names and your ladder name;
• IP addresses, device and browser information when you sign in, play or spend Pursual Coins;
• gameplay data: runs, scores, levels, timing and the items you use;
• your Pursual Coins balance, Pursual Pass and what you spend in TailPursual;
• your purchases: order, amount, player, the documents you accepted and the IP address you bought from. Card and payment details are handled by the payment provider and never reach us.

Why we use it

• to create your account and keep you signed in;
• to run the game, verify runs and keep the leaderboards fair;
• to take payments and deliver purchases;
• to record what you spend, so every movement of Pursual Coins can be explained;
• to prevent fraud, cheating and abuse;
• to answer support requests.

We rely on the performance of our agreement with you and on our legitimate interest in a secure and fair service.

E-mails

Account messages, such as address confirmation and password reset, are sent by the TailPursual account service.

Sharing

We share data only with providers needed to run the service — hosting, e-mail delivery, the payment provider named at checkout and Cloudflare, which protects our forms with a captcha (Turnstile) — and with authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies: one keeps you signed in, another protects forms against cross-site request forgery. The captcha and the payment provider may set their own cookies. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Retention

We keep data only as long as reasonably needed to run the service, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, and object to or restrict some processing. Because the account is shared, deleting it removes it from both services. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
